1 Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions shall apply:

• "Platform" means the t2bet website located at t2bet.net and all associated pages, interfaces, mobile-optimized views, and gaming environments operated by t2bet.
• "Player Account" means the registered user account created by an eligible individual to access t2bet's gaming services.
• "Eligible Player" means a natural person who (a) is at least 21 years of age, (b) is physically located in the Philippines at the time of play, (c) is not a person listed on any self-exclusion register maintained by PAGCOR, and (d) has successfully completed t2bet's account registration and verification process.
• "Real Money Balance" means the Philippine Peso ( ₱) funds deposited by a Player into their t2bet account and available for wagering or withdrawal.
• "Bonus Balance" means promotional credits, free bets, or bonus funds granted by t2bet to a Player, which are subject to wagering requirements before they may be converted to withdrawable funds.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a Bonus Balance must be staked on eligible games before the resulting winnings become withdrawable as real money.
• "PAGCOR" means the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation, the government body responsible for licensing and regulating online gaming operators in the Philippines.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and address verification procedures t2bet is legally required to conduct on Player Accounts under Philippine anti-money laundering regulations.
• "Force Majeure" means any event beyond t2bet's reasonable control, including but not limited to power outages, telecommunications failures, internet disruptions, natural disasters, government actions, or regulatory changes that prevent t2bet from performing its obligations under these terms.

2 Eligibility & Registration

2.1 Age Requirement

Use of the t2bet platform is strictly restricted to individuals who are 21 years of age or older, in accordance with PAGCOR regulations governing online gaming in the Philippines. By registering an account, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement. t2bet reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any time. Accounts found to be held by persons under the age of 21 will be immediately and permanently closed, and any funds — including deposits, winnings, and bonus balances — will be handled in accordance with applicable PAGCOR guidelines.

2.2 Geographic Eligibility

The t2bet platform is intended for use by players physically located in the Philippines. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that accessing and using t2bet's services is lawful in your jurisdiction. t2bet makes no representations that access to the platform is legal outside the Philippines. If you access t2bet from outside the Philippines, you do so at your own risk and are solely responsible for compliance with local laws.

2.3 One Account Per Person

Each individual may register only one (1) Player Account on the t2bet platform. Creating duplicate or multiple accounts — whether under the same identity, a different name, or through a third party — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account closure and forfeiture of all balances. If you believe a duplicate account has been created in your name without your consent, contact t2bet support immediately.

2.4 Registration Information

You must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information during registration, including your legal name, date of birth, residential address, and contact details. You are responsible for keeping this information current. t2bet will not be liable for any losses arising from inaccurate account information provided by you. t2bet reserves the right to verify any information you provide at any time.

2.5 Account Verification (KYC)

t2bet is legally required to conduct KYC verification on all Player Accounts, particularly before processing withdrawals above a certain threshold. You may be asked to provide a valid government-issued photo ID (e.g., Philippine passport, SSS ID, PhilHealth ID, driver's license, or Unified Multi-Purpose ID), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension and withholding of withdrawal requests until verification is complete.

3 Account Obligations

3.1 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your t2bet account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any other person. Any activity carried out using your account credentials will be treated as activity conducted by you, and t2bet will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized access caused by your failure to maintain account security. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, you must notify t2bet immediately via our support channels.

3.2 Player Conduct

You agree to use the t2bet platform solely for lawful personal entertainment purposes. You must not use the platform to engage in any activity that is fraudulent, abusive, or harmful to other players, to t2bet, or to third parties. This includes — but is not limited to — colluding with other players, using automated betting software or bots, exploiting software errors or bugs, and engaging in any form of match-fixing or game manipulation.

3.3 Self-Exclusion Awareness

If you have previously applied for self-exclusion from any PAGCOR-licensed gaming operator or from PAGCOR's own exclusion register, you must not register or attempt to access the t2bet platform. Registering while subject to a self-exclusion order is a breach of these Terms and of PAGCOR regulations.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

t2bet accepts deposits via GCash, Maya, GrabPay, QR Ph, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, InstaPay, PesoNet, and 7-Eleven CLiQQ. The minimum deposit amount is ₱20. t2bet reserves the right to add or remove accepted payment methods at any time. All transactions are processed in Philippine Pesos (₱).

4.2 Deposit Processing

Deposits made via e-wallets (GCash, Maya, GrabPay) are typically reflected in your t2bet account instantly or within a few minutes. Bank transfer deposits processed via InstaPay or PesoNet are subject to the processing times of your financial institution. t2bet is not responsible for delays caused by your bank or e-wallet provider. All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name.

4.3 Withdrawal Requests

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, where technically feasible. t2bet aims to process withdrawal requests within one (1) to three (3) business days of approval. Processing times may be longer during periods of high demand or pending KYC verification. t2bet reserves the right to request additional verification documentation before processing any withdrawal.

4.4 Withdrawal Conditions

Only funds that constitute a Real Money Balance are eligible for withdrawal. Bonus Balance funds are not withdrawable until the applicable wagering requirements have been fully met. t2bet reserves the right to void and reclaim any bonus or promotional credits if there is reasonable evidence of abuse, exploitation, or breach of bonus terms.

4.5 Anti-Money Laundering

t2bet is legally obligated to comply with the Anti-Money Laundering Act of the Philippines (Republic Act No. 9160, as amended) and all applicable PAGCOR anti-money laundering directives. t2bet may, at its sole discretion, delay, withhold, or report any transaction that it reasonably suspects may be connected to money laundering, terrorist financing, or other illegal financial activity. Players are prohibited from using the t2bet platform as a mechanism to transfer, conceal, or launder funds of any origin.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 Bonus Eligibility

Bonuses and promotional offers are available to eligible Players who have completed account registration and, where required, identity verification. t2bet reserves the right to restrict bonus eligibility based on account history, geographic location, deposit method, or any other criteria at its sole discretion. Each bonus offer will specify its own eligibility requirements at the time of issuance.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless explicitly stated otherwise in a specific promotion's terms, all bonus funds are subject to a minimum wagering requirement before conversion to withdrawable real money. The applicable wagering requirement multiplier, eligible games, time limits, and maximum bet restrictions will be clearly stated in each promotion's individual terms and conditions. Players are advised to read promotion-specific terms carefully before opting in.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

t2bet employs automated and manual monitoring to detect bonus abuse, including — but not limited to — low-risk wagering strategies designed to fulfil wagering requirements without genuine gaming intent, use of multiple accounts to claim the same bonus more than once, and coordinated exploitation of promotional terms. Where bonus abuse is detected, t2bet reserves the right to void the bonus, cancel any resulting winnings, and close the associated account without prior notice.

5.4 Promotion Amendments

t2bet reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice. In the event of a technical error that causes a promotion to be displayed incorrectly or with erroneous terms, t2bet reserves the right to correct the error and honor the promotion only under its intended terms.

6 Betting Rules

6.1 General Betting Rules

All bets placed on the t2bet platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to the game or event type being wagered on. Game-specific rules are available within each game's interface or help section. By placing a bet, you confirm that you have read and understood the applicable rules. t2bet's decision on the settlement of all bets is final, subject only to the dispute resolution procedure set out in these Terms.

6.2 Technical Errors

In the event of a technical malfunction, system error, or communication failure during a game session or bet placement, t2bet reserves the right to void the affected bet or game round and return the staked amount to the Player's account. t2bet will not be liable for any losses — including potential winnings — that arise from a technical error beyond its reasonable control.

6.3 Bet Cancellation

Once a bet has been confirmed and accepted by the t2bet system, it may not be cancelled or amended by the Player. t2bet reserves the right to cancel any bet that was placed as a result of a manifest pricing error, system malfunction, or in breach of these Terms.

6.4 Maximum Winnings

t2bet reserves the right to impose maximum payout limits on individual game rounds, bet types, or cumulative winnings within a defined period. Where applicable, maximum win limits will be communicated within the relevant game's rules or promotional terms. t2bet will not be required to pay winnings in excess of stated maximum payout limits.

7 Responsible Gaming

t2bet is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices among all Players. We provide a range of tools designed to help Players maintain control over their gaming activity, including deposit limits, session time reminders, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion options. Players who believe they may be experiencing problem gambling behavior are encouraged to make use of these tools and to seek help from qualified support organizations.

t2bet enforces the 21+ age requirement as a minimum threshold for account registration. Players may request self-exclusion at any time by contacting t2bet support. During a self-exclusion period, the Player's account will be suspended, and t2bet will take reasonable steps to prevent marketing communications from being sent to the excluded Player. Self-exclusion requests are irrevocable for the duration of the exclusion period selected by the Player.

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the t2bet platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to law enforcement authorities where appropriate:

• Registering or attempting to register more than one Player Account;
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or verification;
• Using automated software, bots, artificial intelligence tools, or any mechanical or electronic means to place bets or interact with the platform;
• Colluding with other Players to gain an unfair advantage in any game;
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities for financial gain;
• Using the platform for money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other illegal financial activity;
• Accessing the platform while subject to a PAGCOR self-exclusion order;
• Attempting to access the platform on behalf of another person, or allowing another person to use your account;
• Engaging in any form of threatening, abusive, or harassing behavior toward t2bet staff or other Players;
• Circumventing geographic access restrictions through the use of VPNs, proxies, or similar technologies.

9 Intellectual Property

All content on the t2bet platform — including but not limited to the t2bet name and logo, website design and layout, game graphics, software, text, images, audio, and video content — is the exclusive property of t2bet or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes. You must not reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, or create derivative works from any t2bet content without prior written authorization from t2bet.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, t2bet shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the platform, including — but not limited to — loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruptions, or gaming losses resulting from technical failures beyond t2bet's reasonable control.

t2bet's total cumulative liability to any individual Player for any cause of action shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player into their t2bet account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11 Account Suspension & Closure

11.1 Suspension by t2bet

t2bet reserves the right to suspend or close any Player Account at any time, without prior notice and without liability, if t2bet reasonably determines that: (a) the Player has violated any provision of these Terms; (b) the Player has engaged in fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity; (c) the Player's account poses a risk to the integrity of the platform; or (d) t2bet is required to do so by applicable law or PAGCOR directive.

11.2 Closure by Player

You may request the closure of your t2bet account at any time by contacting our support team. Prior to account closure, any pending withdrawal requests will be processed in the normal course, and any remaining Real Money Balance will be returned to your verified payment method. Bonus balances that have not met wagering requirements will be forfeited upon account closure.

11.3 Dormant Accounts

An account that has had no login activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months shall be classified as dormant. t2bet reserves the right to charge a reasonable monthly dormancy fee against the account balance once it becomes dormant, in accordance with rates published on the platform. Players will be notified by email prior to dormancy fees being applied. If an account balance reaches zero as a result of dormancy fees, the account may be closed.

12 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

12.1 Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

12.2 Dispute Resolution Process

In the event of a dispute relating to your t2bet account, a bet settlement, a withdrawal, or any other platform matter, the following escalation process applies:

1. Step 1 — Support Contact: Contact t2bet's 24/7 customer support team via live chat or email. The majority of disputes are resolved at this stage, typically within 24–72 hours.
2. Step 2 — Formal Written Complaint: If your dispute is not resolved through support, you may submit a formal written complaint to t2bet's compliance team. Written complaints will be acknowledged within five (5) business days and resolved within thirty (30) business days where reasonably practicable.
3. Step 3 — PAGCOR Escalation: If your dispute remains unresolved after completing Steps 1 and 2, you may escalate the matter to PAGCOR through its official player complaint channels. t2bet will cooperate fully with any PAGCOR-led investigation or mediation process.

13 Amendments to These Terms

t2bet reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, t2bet will notify registered Players via email or via a prominent notice on the platform. The revised Terms will be effective from the date specified in the amendment notice. Your continued use of the t2bet platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any revised Terms, you must cease using the platform and request account closure.
